Delete account — NotasBíblicas

This page lets you request deletion of your NotasBíblicas account and associated data, following Google Play's policy and the data-protection rights described in our Privacy Policy.

How to delete it in the app

Open the NotasBíblicas app and sign in with the same account.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deleting in the app removes your content and ends access immediately.

How to request it by web (without the app installed)

Send an email to suporte@notasbiblicas.app.
Use the subject line: NotasBíblicas account deletion.
Include the account email used in the app.

We'll respond and complete the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Notes, folders, highlights, prayers, conversations and comments linked to the account
Audio files/profile photos you stored
Preferences, push registrations and profile in the app
Authentication access (you won't be able to sign in again with that account)

What may be retained

Anonymized order/payment records, if required by law or for fraud prevention
Subscription/billing history on Google Play (managed by Google)

Premium subscription (Android)

Deleting your NotasBíblicas account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges: on your device, open Google Play → Subscriptions and cancel NotasBíblicas.
