These Terms govern the use of the NotasBíblicas app (PWA and Android), operated by Anderson Alexandre Paz Cardoso, a Brazilian sole proprietor, CNPJ 68.671.925/0001-06, based at Avenida Dona Afra, 846, Casa — Planalto da Catumbela, Russas — CE, Brazil, CEP 62901-276. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
NotasBíblicas is a faith app that turns sermons, studies and readings into notes, transcripts, summaries and audio devotionals, with a Bible reader and a chat assistant. It can be used in the browser, installed as a PWA, or downloaded from Google Play.
On the web, access is tied to the email provided at sign-up (no password). On Android, you can also sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping control of that email/account and for all activity under it.
Once payment is confirmed, Premium access is granted in the app immediately (or as reported by Asaas/Google Play). If in doubt, write to suporte@notasbiblicas.app or use the support channel listed in the app.
You may request cancellation and a refund under Brazil's consumer-protection right of withdrawal (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, art. 49) within 7 days of purchasing digital content, where applicable, and subject to the rules of the payment channel used (Asaas on the web; Google Play on Android) — this is the actual governing consumer law for this service, since the operator is based in Brazil. Requests: the payment platform's official channels and/or suporte@notasbiblicas.app.
On Android, cancel your subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions. Deleting your account in the app doesn't automatically cancel the Play subscription.
You keep ownership of the content you create (recordings, notes, transcripts). You grant us a limited license to process it and make it available to you within the service. You can delete it at any time.
How we handle personal data, including cookies and measurement/ad tools in the app, is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
NotasBíblicas' brand, software, design and text are protected and may not be used without prior written authorization.
The service is provided "as is." AI features (transcription, summaries, guidance) may contain inaccuracies and don't replace pastoral, legal or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app, on the site, or by email, with the revised date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, since the operator is based there. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Russas/CE comarca, except where consumer-protection law grants you a different venue.
